Naaptol reserves the right to delete such multiple listings of the same product listed by You in various categories, at its sole discretion.

Indemnity and Limited Liability

Notwithstanding anything to contrary in the Agreement(s), in no event shall Naaptol, its subsidiaries or affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners or suppliers be liable to You for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Your use of or access to the Website, services or Website Content.

In no event shall Naaptol be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these terms of use, even if User has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT WILL NAAPTOL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF PRODUCT PRICE . THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW PROHIBITS SUCH LIMITATION. FURTHERMORE, SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
